Frequently asked questions(FAQ) about Yangzhou JOYO.
1.Minimum order: 100dozs.
2.Trademark/copyright usage : All customers submitted copy or other material used in producing orders will be accepted as being in compliance with applicable laws regarding trademark, copyright, right of privacy, patent, service mark or similar protection. The customer hereby agrees to hold the factory harmless from any liability which may result from factory’s usage of customer submitted copy of art. We do not very and are not responsible for any misuse.
3.All logos or trademarks displayed in this catalog are for illustration purposes only. These items are not available for sales as shown without the permission of the owner of the product.
4.Artworks: sized camera ready art and clear concise instructions required. Exact duplication of logos and typestyles cannot be guaranteed unless camera ready art work to size specification is submitted. Unless otherwise requested, we will size art to best fit the decoration.
5.Acknowledgements : all custom orders will be acknowledged by fax or email upon processing of orders;
6.Cancellations : No cancellation of orders will be accepted unless approved by us and submitted in written agreement. However, completely finished orders can not be cancelled. Partially completed orders can be cancelled only after payment for materials and labor expended prior to date of cancellation.
7.Changes/ corrections : No changes will be accepted after the order has been put into production;
8.Prices : We do not sell ready stock caps and hats; Our sales representatives will be able to make offer only after knowing your purchasing qty. , logo art works and the delivered places.
9.Payment term : T/T,Irrevocable L/C etc.
10.Freights : we can accept by Sea, by air, by train etc.according to customers' requirement.
11.Fabric color variations : Due to color variations of dye lots, we can not guarantee exact color matches of material with each shipment. Certain distressed material may have shading variations. Fabric in hats may be subject to bleeding, crocking or fading when exposed to water, sun or extreme heat.
12.Overruns/ underruns : Every effort will be made to ship exact quantities requested. However, an allowance of over/under of 3% is required on all orders.
13.Claims : Claims for shortage or defective goods must be made within 5 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted.
14.Pre-production proofs : 2-3 pieces at no charge with your order;
15.Samples policy : First samples are free, just for quality evaluation; For further sales samples, the average samples charge 4 USD per pc. Custom-made headwear samples will need set-up charges, a one-time fee of 50 USD is charged for the initial sep-up preparation of embroidery or screen printing works. The extra copies of catalogs will be charged 3 USD per copy.
Samples charges less than 50 USD will be credited back to buyers when you place orders for the style you have sampled. Samples can not be returned for credit or exchange (all samples sales are final).
16.Production time :
Custom-made caps and hats samples time: 3days-2weeks;
Big sales samples need about 3weeks;
Production time : about 20 to 40 days;
The abouve time is not including the days on the way to you.
17.Standard Packaging for sports caps and knitted caps:
25 pcs per polybag and inner box; 250 pcs per export carton.
Meas. 65 X 42 X 97 cm = 0.265 cubic meters
G.W. 25 kgs per carton

18. Embroidery specs. :
Artwork-Save Money (no postage), Save Time (instant delivery)!
Send your electronic art via e-mail as an Adobe Illustrator V.9 (.ai or .eps) file saved either “PC” or “MAC” as an e-mail attachment, one at a time. Please include PMS colors in the file. Victor art is preferable to bitmap art (.gif, .jpg, .psd and .tif). If only bitmap art is available, 300 dpi art work is best. If electronic art is not available, camera ready 4-color art work is preferred. Artwork that is not camera ready, faxes, Xerox copies, or letterhead will delay the process of your order and will be charged an additional 40 USD art set up fee. A revised quote will be provided once the art work is received and evaluated.
19.Paper Proof
A paper proof of artwork can be e-mailed back for customer approval prior to first samples and production in 2-3 working days. There is no additional charge for the paper proof other than the set up fees.
20.Tape Duplication :
Duplicates of digitized tapes are not acceptable even though you agree the payment.
